These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Jawwws Ltd ("we", "us", "Jawwws Bytes") governing your access to and use of the Jawwws Bytes platform, including the website, application, API, and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Jawwws Bytes is a link intelligence platform that provides:

• Click and engagement analytics
• QR code generation
• Offline engagement tracking features
• Custom domain support
• Workspace-based team collaboration

Features may vary by plan and may be updated, modified, or retired over time with reasonable notice where practicable.

You agree to use Jawwws Bytes in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You must not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our policies.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Jawwws Bytes, including destination URLs, campaign materials, link metadata and uploaded assets.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with all destinations, content and campaigns you create through the platform. Jawwws Bytes does not endorse, verify or assume liability for user-submitted content or the content of third-party destinations.

By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

We aim to provide a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party destinations, platforms or internet connectivity. Short link redirects depend on the destination being accessible and functioning.

Jawwws Bytes, including all software, designs, branding, documentation and proprietary technology, is owned by Jawwws Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

You retain all rights to your own submitted content and materials. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We provide Jawwws Bytes with reasonable care and skill and aim to keep the platform reliable, secure, and useful. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

From time to time, access to the service may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that Jawwws Bytes will be suitable for every use case, workflow, campaign, or business requirement, and you are responsible for assessing whether the service meets your needs before relying on it for any particular purpose.

We are also not responsible for the availability, content, security, or operation of third-party websites, platforms, integrations, or destination URLs that you choose to use with Jawwws Bytes.

So far as permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £100.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jawwws Bytes and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
